Work Package 3 Curation and integration of clinical and commercial manufacturing data

The objective of WP3 is to provide a data analytics platform for data harvesting, sharing, and mining that assists formulation scientists in the design of the oral solid dosage form.

The analytics platform is being used to provide insights to the case studies developed within Work Package 2. WP3 is being led by the Hartree Centre.

Key tasks are

  • to develop a data structure and ontology on the basis of literature research, partner discussions, and standardisation requirements;
  • to implement the database structure;
  • to undertake data mining and statistical modelling (including application to the WP2 case studies and integration with simulation work from WP4); and
  • to produce visualisations and a graphical user interface, that enables non-programmer users to explore datasets and perform product performance predictions.
